Mark and Bill have been building homes in the valley for over 25 years. They started their construction careers working for some of the largest and most respected builders in the country before branching out on their own; owning and managing their individual custom home, construction management and construction consulting companies while successfully completing residential and commercial projects in Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.

Finally, Mark and Bill joined forces as Silverton Development with the goal of Setting the Standard in new home design, quality, value and service.
